Kenneth R. Tuch, Principal Attorney, has over twenty five years of  experience representing clients across a wide spectrum of industries and maintains a diverse practice comprised of commercial and general litigation representing clients both as plaintiffs and defendants, contract/ transactional matters, and real estate.  He routinely handles licensing and administrative matters before various regulatory boards, venues and authorities including the New York State Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, the New York State Attorney General, and the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission.

Litigation matters include contract disputes, insurance coverage, indemnification claims, wage and hour and other employment-related claims, and shareholders’ derivative actions.
